Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Extracts and reports data from EMR and health system databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Collaborates with teams to analyze data and guide decision-making processes.
- Assist with software business requirements and collaborate with UI/UX teams and developers.
- Coordinates data abstraction across departments, ensuring accurate field selection.
- Communicates effectively with the team, addressing concerns and trends in abstracted data.
- Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define, track, and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models.
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) , R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and/or other programming languages required.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Systems, Electronic Health Records, and Healthcare Terminologies is highly preferred.
- Healthcare background is highly preferred.
